CPCCOHS1001A Work Safely in the Construction industry
Workplace Health and Safety rules require that anyone working on a building or construction site (including owner builder projects), must complete General Safety Induction Training.
To be eligible to receive your Statement of Attainment for 91509NSW Course in Owner Builder Compliance, you must also complete General Safety Induction training provided by an approved Registered Training Organisation.
The training required and the associated course code are:
CPCCOHS1001A Work Safely in the Construction Industry.
This training must be completed in a 6 hour face to face session (classroom environment).
WorkCover NSW will not accept an online or correspondence course as offered by some providers for some states and will not issue a White Card based on these courses.
Make certain you undertake this training with an approved provider as listed on the Department of Fair Trading website or we suggest doing a google search typing in:
:WHITE CARD TRAINING" and your local area or look in the classified section of your local newspaper under training and tuition.
The course should cost you somewhere between $80.00 and $120.00 and we must sight evidence of your completion of this important training prior to entry to our course.
